Mr. Ballout has over 25 years of experience practicing law. He received his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science from San Jose State University.

In immigration, Mr. Ballout excels in both deportation defense and affirmative immigration matters, such as affirmative asylum, family petitions, student visas, employment visas, and investor visas. He represents clients before USCIS, the immigration court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and in federal circuit courts. Mr. Ballout welcomes difficult and complex cases, and he is willing and able to consult with clients on any type of immigration case. He strives to keep immigrants and their families together in the U.S. He is fluent in Arabic and conversant in French.
