I contacted Mr. Ballout because I was wanted to apply for a green card for my then finance and our situation was a little more complicated than usual (we needed to be able to leave the country to visit her family and I knew the green card process takes a year or more).
Haitham made the process extremely easy and streamlined. All of our questions were answered and our application was approved without any delays and our travel plans were able to be accommodated.
Overall it was a very pleasant experience working with Haitham - I highly recommend his services.
